GT taps component engineering for garage opener

Gintuga Technologies was tapped to do the conversion of a “Through-Hole” circuit into a Surface Mount Device of a Garage door Opener Circuit. The conversion needs to be ROHS compliant.         

This 2-week accomplished project involved a thorough circuit analysis that ranged from datasheet familiarization of the original circuit through on-line electronic suppliers resources to the selection of the appropriate SMD for the new circuit.

This was accomplished to satisfy the costumer’s demand for small-dimensioned, less-expensive yet high-quality component.
