GT designs a battery-power monitoring device

The company designed a PCB layout for a battery power monitoring device in the second half of 2007.

The design is done through implementation of “low-battery” warning concept having an output indication of LED with different colors.

Some of the concerns in this design is the use of low-frequency and low-duty cycle LED to reduce thorough power consumption and drainage; a specified microcontroller has also been employed for the accurate monitoring capacity of the power, efficient compensation of internal temperature and precise update battery status for the longest operating condition possible.
